MUCH WOW. There is a lot process from the beginning of your project to the end. Why did you choose to draw your letter in space? Do you like physics and space?
As I said in my reflection, I chose to draw it in space because the letter D from the typography slideshow inspired me most but also because earth is in space. But yea I do like physics.
Nice design (: if you had to make the whole alphabet based off of this concept of life how would you do that? would you make each letter a different plant (although there are not enough) or just carry out the theme of life by doing different parts outer space?
That's actually a really good question! I would actually base it off of different parts of the world, or environments like the desert to the ocean and etc.
I really like the different textures. You really got your hands dirty for this project haha. I like how you interpreted space differently because usually people use a bold and darker color for the background and I like how you took a risk. This color contrasts remind me of the cartoon called "adventure time". Nice job getting your hands dirty was worth it, was it?
The detail your design has is awesome and it's obvious that you spent a lot of time on it to include so many components and colors to make it seem like the L really was in a giant solar system. What would you do if you had to make a whole alphabet in this style?
mmm.. I believe I answered this earlier but I think I'd be choosing different environments from all over our planet and maybe different planets too, to make the whole alphabet in this style

DeleteI really like how your background is didn't shades of blue and not only one solid color. However, maybe next time you can make the blue darker.
ReplyDeleteUGH YES. I TRIED. AND YOU KNOW IT. Yea. I tried to make it darker without much avail :c
